A great house and property to be purchased as Helen has moved to Woodstock. Bill’s famous words “I’m going to Toronto this week and I’ll pick it up for you.” It’s a pleasure to work with the Smith family as I’ve known them all my life.

AT 7:00 PM THE HOUSE AND PROPERTY, ALONG WITH SOME RARE COLLECTIBLES, WILL BE PUT UP AND SOLD BY LIVE ON-SITE AND ON-LINE BIDDING.

TERMS: Cash or good cheque day of auction for the equipment.  NO DEBIT OR CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED.  A 10 percent buyers premium will apply to this sale excluding the house and property. An extra 2 percent buyers premium will apply to online bids. The maximum fee applied to the purchase of the house will be $2000.00 if purchased online. Any verbal announcements take precedence over any written matter.  Owners & Auctioneers are not responsible for accidents on or before auction. Everything sells to the highest bidder except the house and property which will be selling by last bid confirmation.
